Does lack of sleep affect your symptoms?

Whenever I sleep less, my symptoms come back and I experience paranoia and hallucinations. So I wanted to ask: does lack of sleep cause your symptoms to return and make them worse, or is this something that only happens to me?

Has anyone else gone through the same experience?

The feeling that you have gone back to living in your childhood period, or that you are trapped in your younger self, or that your sense of self has gone back years, or that you haven’t really been living throughout that whole period

Are these feelings from psychosis or are they delusions?

Has anyone here gone through the same experience with a psychiatrist

My psychiatrist has been hinting from the first appointment that I should continue treatment in the hospital, justifying it by saying that the medication there is free. In the second appointment, after I told her that I had started having suicidal thoughts, the suggestion to continue treatment there became stronger. However, I think there may be another reason behind her insistence on continuing there. Even though I feel comfortable with her, she said that I am the one who chooses, but I feel like she wants me to continue my treatment there.

Does a headache alone count as a sign of a psychosis relapse? Does it come with a blank mind and strange feelings about identity?

Have there been people who experienced these same symptoms before a relapse?
