so yes guys, i am back here updating after a long time, so my case was Yolk Sac + Seminoma which mean NSGCT IIIB, intermediate risk, spread till neck, few nodes in lungs, retripetroneal lymph node and and spleen, so i had my orichetomy in dec 31 2024, then underwent 4XBEP then 4X TIP and the robotic RPLND on Dec 20 2025. After that biopsy came Teratoma so put under surveillance. First surveillance everything came normal in April and CT showws still 10X7 mm paraaortic node, but since it was the surgical site and it is below the cut off so doctors are keeping me on surveillance, my next scan and blood work is scheduled in July. The emotional toll has been huge, after RPLND i moved to different city and started PHD so as to restart my life i want to get away, but with in 2 month i lost my grandmother due to blood cancer, she was the support in my time but after my case within 1 month she was diagnosed with blood cancer and she could not make a month it was bad, doctors could not do anything due to her age and weakness. i felt really guilty. i dont know i feel confused going forward what will be there, what will be not, every three month ct and blood work just increase the anxiety. you just feel you are one scan away from going to base zero, and then there is this pressure from professional life to move ahead. But anyway i just wanted to share it all with you guys, you all were pillars of strength for me during chemo.

Hi, so I have a background in c++ and matlab in programming. I started my phd and my prof asked me to move to fortran. I want to ask how should I start and where to start in fortran. At the moment I know nothing in fortran. Can you share some sources or material for me to start. Or where do you guys started. Thank you
The library is mostly full. And the heat and humid atmosphere is just killing outside. Is there any place where one can study, like are classrooms open etc where one can sit and do their job ?
