Was Michael Jackson’s Heal the World inspired by ABBA’s Chiquitita??

I was listening to ABBA and Chiquitita came on. Around 50 seconds in I started singing MJ’s Heal the World passively and was blown away! I then added it to my queue and it played after the ABBA song. It was like one long motif. The guitars, message, and mood of the two songs are so similar! Am I losing it or does anyone else hear this? I’ve been trying to figure out if MJ was inspired by that song when writing HTW. Thoughts?

Better Breeze (Marta) is in no way better than the old breeze

I was excited about Better Breeze. Thinking “man, I won’t need a car with this. I can save so much money.” However, the new Marta is worse than it was before. It’s not only inconvenient with all the routes changing, but I’ve had to on average wait 20 minutes longer at every station or stop. Leave an hour earlier than I had to before to make it to work. It’s cheap so I wasn’t aiming for a “cake and eat it too” situation, but now it’s cheap but also inconvenient. Anyone know if these waits are temporary or not? Imagine if Atlanta’s transportation was as reliable as New York’s. That’d be so cool.

I experienced some intense shedding since starting Finasteride on January 4th. I want to add minoxidil but don’t want another demoralizing shedding period

28 yo male. I have dark brown, very thick and curly hair. I noticed some thinning late last year in my crown and hairline and started taking finasteride in Jan. The shed was painful for me mentally/socially. It was dramatic and made me look much older than my age. But my hair is back looking decently thick. Not as good as it did when I was 19, but decent. I’ve been seeing topical minoxidil increases the benefits and have been thinking of adding it I was wondering if I should wait until the finasteride stabilizes then add the minoxidil so the shedding isn’t as noticeable. Would that work?

Can’t build acoustic cloud panels for home studio because of dangerous popcorn ceilings. Need alternatives.

As the title says I wanted to build a few cloud panels for my ceiling but that’s not possible. I reached out to people who knew about the build and I have asb. popcorn ceilings. Home was built in the early 80s. I do not want to mess with the ceiling and I’ll be moving in less than a year. My room is small. 13’3 long and 11’ wide. With 8’ tall ceilings. Does anyone have any alternative options?
