I was granted compassionate release for 3 days to attend the Edinburgh fringe and boy did I make the most of it!

I managed to pack in a tonne of shows but my hands down favourite was Geoffrey Asmus, an American, dark humoured, goof ball at the Monkey Barrel.
I highly highly recommend getting to this show if you can at all.

I also really liked Ryan Cullen, a northern Irish lad living in Edinburgh.
Again, quite a dark comic who managed to keep people roaring despite the furnace that was the small Monkey Barrel Studio he was performing in on Friday night.
