I wanted to share one of my recent web development projects.
I designed and developed this website for a software team called TheAlphaOnes. The goal was to create something modern, fast, and minimal while giving each project and team member their own space.
Some things I focused on:
• Clean visual hierarchy
• Smooth but subtle animations
• Responsive layout

• Modern developer-focused aesthetic

I'm a B.Tech senior, a software engineer, and I've been in the tech space for 6+ years. coding, projects, internships, startups, AI, or career guidance ( not academics there I suck too ), I'm happy to help.
One thing though: the tech industry right now is completely different from what it was even last year. AI has changed the game pretty fast, and things are evolving every few months. A lot of old roadmaps and advice are already getting outdated, so learning how to adapt is becoming more important than just following a fixed path.
Just be genuinely interested in learning and willing to put in the work. Please don't waste your time or mine if you're not serious.
NEVER GO SCHOLARS PG !!
Anyone wanting to shift to pg or other hostels, be it incoming freshman or juniors, DO NOT GO FOR SCHOLARS.
I've been here for 1 yrs, and the only reason I've been staying in this shithole is because he took the full payment in the start and then I was fucking stuck from this shit place tbh I struggled but then I started to spend most of my time in uni or my friends pg even nights there and good food I had there for a sem , glad there pg never said me anything
For starters, they serve bite sized portions of non-veg food, just enough to fill the gaps in your teeth. The food here is so bland, you'll be spending 80% of your monthly budget eating out. They'll not put even a spoonful of oil in your food, literally every dish is just boiled with food color, that's it; no salt either.
Laundry? Good luck w that; 8 out of 10 times they either loose your clothes or the worker keeps your shirt, and if not that, be ready to see the color and texture of your shirt/trousers wear off.
The cab facility is lazy af. They'll only go according to a fixed time, and won't help you out, even when you have exams or an emergency. Even then, you're gonna miss the cab as they just leave 5-10 mins early when they feel like it.
The rooms? Geezer -> does not work (tell the manager, will get it fixed in a little over a month), Electricity -> random power outage and not power in sockets for over 14 hrs a day, and the best part, be ready to spend extra for your electronics as we've had 3 power trips and almost half of the people here have had their power adapters explode, and some even had their laptop battery cell changed.
We've had 2 fires break out here, and no accountability. The guys whose adapters and other stuff were affected, this is what the owner has to say - "it's not my problem it's yours, learn to solve it yourself". Despite it being his PG, he's like the electricity issue is not his problem. When asked for compensation he says "I know the SHO of jaipur, tumhe do din mai bahar kar dunga".
The staff? There's a chef, who's only purpose here is to fuck his wife, yes, that's it. He fucks up the most basic stuff; who the fuck screws up Rajma chawal yaar?
Then there's the fuck up driver, won't say much on him, you'll figure it out.
And finally the most annoying existence in this PG - The Manager. He's a retired army personal, but don't worry, I'm pretty sure you'll lose all respect you have for the armed forces in just two days of living here. I'll list his shenanigans down below:
Random life advice
Extremely fucking strict w discipline (that's an excuse so he could funnel some cash from the budget, food and all)
No flexibility, does not help in any case of medical or other emergency.
No accountability, he'll not be accountable if food or anything is bad or not working in the PG (when the owner himself says to talk w him)
Will hold you accountable for his mistakes; you say the food is bland -> he'll say that it's your own taste that's bad or that you don't know how things work at a pg, this is the typical taste and in fact the best food here in the area. Missed the bus -> again your fault (you did not miss, the cab left early), late to pg -> your indisciplined and going down the wrong path, moral policing
Will call your parents and manipulate them to keep u here saying you've started smoking or drinking, I'm like what's the fucks your problem if none of my neighbours or roommate have any.
Randomly comes into the room, and checks it out, checks your wardrobe, bed and asks for extra money if something is amiss (literally asks for money if the paint is chipped)
Thief!!! He'll take whatever he gets from your room, till date I've lost count, but just to give a premise - my friends and me included have lost 3 sandals, 2 crocks, 2 jeans, 5 shorts, 3 t shirts, 2 shirts, 1 charger, 2 shampoo (the fuck?), chips packets (wow?), 1 book, 7 blankets, broken shoe rack, and almost all have lost their bed sheets and washroom buckets, just to list a few.
Owner? Ctrl+V manager + self proclaimed "gunda" + self proclaimed "korean language interpreter".
Well despite everything, if you're still interested, FUCK AROUND AND FIND OUT i guess
