i had this for about 3 months of everyday use on electric hob. it won’t heat evenly and is wobbling which it always has but its like its stood on one bit

long story short, all my life i had eczema and in 2023 it started coming out on my face and i think it was seborrheic derm. now in 2026, i had a minor rash come through on my both sides of my hips, armpit crease area and i never could explain or know why it come out, lets say 1 night i was completely okay, then i go to sleep wake up and its there, has now turnt into this. if i can find any photos of before and afters or time stamp any photos i will. this photo of my legs was yesterday. please any help i’m beginning to get hopeless. i’m on antibiotics 2nd time round, refuse to use any creams the doctors give because it just makes it worse.
