Should I go to affiliate?

Hey guys

I started streamed this month on twitch. I play age of empires 4 and it's been lots of fun. I usually have around 4-6 viewers, 30 organic followers, and some regulars who comment almost every stream. My goal is to build a community and people hang around, while I share my games, record them and try to improve. I don't envision making money out of twitch at all tbh - but it wouldn't be bad.

I understand when you affiliate, your viewers will now see ads and you get a revenue out of it. I have 5 viewers and 1 sub, whatever renenue I get will be negligible. I think I prefer and wait to have more viewers and then go affiliate. I don't want people leaving my stream because of an ad that will make me 10 usd a month. This one time a viewer tried to send me bit but because I was not affiliate he couldn't do it though...i mean, this I wish I could receive because it helps engagement.

Does that make sense?

How to play late castle/imperial?! How to improve?

https://www.aoe4world.com/players/798938-TarantulaVeia\_TV/games/234460107?sig=8d0837b0fa2e7ff0cd409f45b1072a6a610d86a0

I played this game against a french player. French is always extra hard for me because french will harass you from all sides. He got some vill kills, but I defended and stabilized. We went to castle, I added two mangonels and went for a push into his base. Felt like I could finish the game. Didn't really worked because he had a castle and I couldn't finish the game...and then things for odd super fast. I couldn't push into his base, he was harassing me..but game didn't end, good went out, we went to imperial and..I lost.

In hindsight, I should have added 3 trebs and destroyed his base when I marched and saw his castle. His army couldn't fight mine if not under castle tower. Also, he added a second Tc I spent too much army trying to destroy it. It was really dumb...and felt these two mistakes costed me momentum and then game was gone. I shouldn't have allowed this game go to imperial.

What was the extent of Bee's ban and how long was he banned for?

This is out of curiosity for my own information. I like to follow AOE 4 lore and I don't know this. I started playing for real the game after he was banned and I didn't follow this at the time.

When he was banned, what from was he banned exactly? Only that one Redbull tournment? All redbull? Was he banned from other tournaments? Was he banned from ladder? For how long this ban was for? 2y-3yrs? Did he come back this last year or he was playing for some time and just got to the top level now? He wasn't a big name in 2025 for example

I'm happy he's back and won a S tier tournament where he clearly didn't cheat. I like the famiy vibe and wish him the best.

How to deal with archers + spears as malians? What to do in imperial?

You go Javalins + Archers? Should I add spears?

I tried pure javalin but I couldn't kite because his spears were too close of my Javalins and it felt like I needed a Frontline while my javalin killed his archers. I tried then to add sofa but his spears shredded my cav as expected.

Also, when you go to imperial, what's the plan? What upgrades you get and what is your power spike? which landmark you go in imperial? I usually go for the keep one in a big resource or in front of my base for defense but idk, doesn't feel like it's worth it

Don't use your savings

Take as much debt as you can

Prodigy, mpower. Anything that is not domiciled in your home country. Also make sure they don't have any jurisdiction in your country - this is true for most part of the world. Definitely latam, Asia and Africa. Maybe UK they might go after your salary but not sure

Work hard. Work smart. Do your best to have a good life and work in the US. Really try hard. I'm not advocating for fraud. I'm not advocating for lack of effort.

If it doesn't work - DEFAULT IN YOUR LOAN AND GO BACK HOME. It's fine. It's okay. No one cares. No one will EVER know. This is the only advantage you have as an international. You have worse job options, you have worse financing options, you have worse outcomes. Make use of your only advantage over Americans : you can flee the country and there's nothing those companies can do.

Use the system in your favor. Your MBA is a free option: if it works , great, you have a good life in the US. If it doesn't, great, go back home and get a great job with you new degree. NO ONE CAN TAKE IT FROM YOU.

DON'T SUFFER

YOU'RE MORE THAN A JOB

YOUR FAMILY LOVE YOU

YOU HAVE A HOME TO GO

And have a good and fruitful life

Due to extreme circumstances (health, family), I lost my job in the US after a few years working post my MBA. I still had 100k usd of student loans and 15k ish credit card debt. Went back home and defaulted in all my debt. Coundlt pay back with my lower salary. That was like 10 years ago...well, shit happens.

My loan company was based in the US (MOHELA sounds right?) and it was NOT a federal loan. I had refinanced. It was private for sure because, as an internal, we can't get federal loans.

My current company wants me to go to the US and live there next year. So now what?

Is my debt still alive? Does that appear on my credit score? I guess at this point, after all these years, it's unpayable given accrued interest. Can I negotiate and pay any amount to make the debt go away? What can I do to help me restart life in the US?

My username is TarantulaVeia_TV. I played this guy yesterday. We had a mirror game with Japanese and it was kind of fun... Dark rush into samurais, pretty back and forth. He decided to add more samurai to deny my gold, I went to another gold mine, defended pretty well. When I hit castle and aged up, the game was pretty much over because I got veterancy in my units and was about to have mounted samurais.... And he had samurais in feudal, so I had the upper hand, he was pretty much dead.. And... The game crashes. This game NEVER EVER CRASHED for me. I play ranked and it just never happens. And... He got the points!!!! He got my well deserved elo points.

I was pretty much sure this was a hacker... And I went to see his other games. He doesn't do that in all games, just when he feels like it. Usually when he's about to lose his conquer status and go to Diamond. The game right before mine he probably did the same.... No army and he won the game? Cmon. This small dick dude can't be below conqueror even if it means hacking.

Guy is a loser small dick shame to everyone in his family pos.... Next two games I just threw because I was thinking about this and pretty much quited gaming for the night. I understand beasty now when he says he's an emotional man and his emotions interfere with his games... We're the same brother

Edit. This happens in THREE games in a row. Recent chinese account that is conqueror in its first season. Blatantly a hacker.
