Hi guys, I started running this February didn't know anything about running before that I was using adidas cloud tech at that time cuz that's the one I had at home, after which like running in them for a month or so they started fucking up the area below the thumb of my leg idk what is that called after that I switched to puma sway cuz i didn't know anything about shoes at that point and the one store I have of Puma is their outlet store not the real one, so this one also has the same issue, i mean not as painful as the previous one but still a little bit, i do constant 5k like 2 times a week and one tempo and one interval run, now I want to buy a shoe which is a do it all type with good cushioning for my feet, which one should I buy, rn I'm getting Asics gel pulse 17 for 8k something my budget is 10k I can get adidas and puma from a friend who lives in Germany he told me they get like evo Sl and all those models for 1/3-1/4 of the cost in india, which shoe should I buy, I'm open to any and every brand.... Also can you include options which are like durable for maybe 7-12months

TLDR: old shoe hurt my thumb and area below need to buy new ones which is a do it all for tempo, 5k,10k and longer distances as well as tempo runs, budget is 10k

As the post says, i want suggestions for a gym, been going to one near my home wanna change it and try some new gyms out, leave instafit, fir and fire, anytime fitness and fit7 out of the discussion

I'll go for a jog this evening, if anyone is down for the same, y'all can find me at the track infront of Jahanvidale Hotel or satnam sakshi ghat

I go for jogging 4 times a week mostly at the track on highway, looking for a running partner, any and all pace is fine with me, it gets boring to jog alone, i am willing to switch to BHEL if someone lives there.
P.S. ik it sounds like a job posting or idk too formal or anything but im just tired of jogging alone, let me know if someone is down for it.
