New to Outlier- Questions on Time Tracking

Hello, I'm new to Outlier and I haven't used Hubstaff before to track time. I'm currently on project Aether, and I wanted to get a few questions answered about how time tracking works before I start taking. I've been tasking on another platform that does things differently and they've been changing rules about time tracking every week and cracking down on "time theft" so I want to make sure I get this right before I start.

So from my understanding, I choose the MM project on the Hubstaff timer, start the timer, and then start tasking on MM? And I don't need to record how long each task takes, I can just keep the timer going until I'm done? And is there a specific time limit I'm required to adhere to for each task, or is that not tracked? Also is there some requirement that my Hubstaff time has to match the time "actively" tasked on MM? Also is there a limit on how much time I can submit on Hubstaff each week?

Sorry if I'm asking too many simple questions but I haven't been able to find a clear guide for time tracking on Outlier.

Asked to Take Project Aether Screener, but Can't Find It

Hello, I just recently signed up to this platform. I got an email and text messages from Outlier that I have access to a screener for Project Aether. However, when I click on the link, it just takes me to the profile dashboard, and I'm not able to see the Aether screener anywhere. Under 'Your Skills' on the dashboard, it says I'm an Aether Generalist, so it seems that I should have access to the screener for this project. How do I access this? Also how can I contact their support?

ATM Ate Money

I recently deposited money into a Chase drive thru ATM, but the machine said it can't take cash deposits after I already deposited my money, and printed out a receipt with a number to call to verify my deposit went through. For context, I usually don't carry cash with me and don't have a lot of experience with ATMs. I thought the ATM would just spit my money back out if it can't read the bills - it has done that in the past. I just received some cash today, so I decided to go to the ATM to deposit the money I had in my wallet. I had some change previously, but did not count the exact amount of that additional change, so while I had an estimate, I did not have the exact dollar amount I deposited. I called the number mentioned in the receipt and filed a claim with them. The customer service agent mentioned that a temporary amount will be credited in 1 or 2 days and that it'll take around 10 days to complete their investigation. I realize now that this was a dumb mistake and will learn from this experience in the future. The amount deposited was around $250. Anyone have any experience going through something like this? Will Chase approve my claim considering that I was not able to give an exact dollar amount, just an estimate?
