Sbi credit card Procedure after Application process it too lengthy
I have applied for my mother’s credit card kn 28th of September. On 28th, only an agent came to our house for address verification and photo verification kind of stuff. On that day only, my application process got started. On 2nd October, I got a call from SBI credit card customer care saying your verification might get cancelled due to some reason, and they said you can apply for your father’s credit card for a while. I totally discarded that, saying in the application status it’s saying document verification is on progress. And you are saying me to apply for my father’s credit card. I made a call to SBI card. I said to customer care support that I got a call from SBI credit card saying your card might get cancelled due to document verification, so apply for your father’s credit card then. She said like no, no, no. If there will be any regret in documents, you will be informed till the date. You can go for application status….
