How is the Kinizsi Dorm?

I will be starting my bachelor’s in Business Infomatics at Corvinus University of Budapest in the upcoming school semester, and i got placed in Kinizsi Dormitory.

For anyone who has stayed at this dorm before, how are the rooms like and the communal toilets and bathrooms?

As far as i know the toilets are separated by gender but the bathrooms are shared amongst both gender - which i’m kinda worried about.

I saw a youtube tour of the dorm and saw the bathrooms didn’t even have any sort of curtains to cover up but a wall in between each shower area.

Can someone who has stayed there before please help tell me how exactly all the dorms facilities work please and thank you:)

Best Dorm at Corvinus University?

I will be joining Corvinus University at Budapest as an international student in Business Infomatics. I wanted to ask which dorm out of the four listed under Corvinus is the best in terms of comfort, facilities etc.

- Gellért Campus Dormitory
- Kinizsi Dormitory
- Tarkaréti Dormitory
- Ráday Dormitory

Living expenses in Budapest?

I got accepted for Corvinus university’s Bachelor’s in Business Infomatics. I was wondering how much money exactly i should be prepared to spend to live in budapest comfortably.

I understand the dorms will most likely be taken care of by the stipendium, and that i will be paying out of my pocket each month for food and transport etc. Could anyone with experience give an estimate amount pls. Thank youu:)

Going to Uni thru Stipendium from Singaporeee

Hiii, i just got my email on being conditionally awarded the SH Scholarship and i’ve updated my documents and am waiting for a full acceptance!!

I’m super nervous about the whole process and wanted to connect with the other students who will be going to Hungary through this programme from Singapore. I was hoping maybe we can all create a telegram grp chat tgt so we can work out how the whole visa process in Singapore is as well.

I’m super excited and also want to make new connections with y’all since we will all be moving there tgttt. If anyone from SG is interested pls let me know!!

Conditionally Awarded?

Does this mean i still have documents that i need to submit before they accept me? Because when i go to the Tasks Page all the documents say “Resolved”. And under Offers i have an option to “Accept”. So i’m kinda confused why my email say Conditionally Awarded

I might have to miss the first two weeks of University in September. Will that be a problem, and miss out a lot?

I applied for University of Debrecen and Cornivus Universit’s Bachelors in Business Infomatics through the Stipendium Programme.

I heard that school would start on the first week of September but i will be not able to reach Hungary by then because of a family situation and only land there around third week of September.

I am worried that i will miss out on a lot, such as making friends during Orientation and the first lessons of many classes where all the introductions would happen.

Do you guys think this would be a problem or if it’s okay for me to start school later on the third week of september?

I got a conditional acceptance from the hungarian universities but am worried about living in hungary now

I applied Business Infomatics Course for 2026 intake from Singapore.

I wanted to know what it was like studying at University of Debrecen and Cornivus University from people that have experienced studying there

And how the dorm life there is as well. Or if it’s better to get an accommodation outside the school.(expense wise as well)

I also wanted to know if there are any groups of people that are going from Singapore so we can have some connections too:))

And some overall advice on what to expect would be really nice. Thank youu
