Question about return policy..

Purchased a jack for my mower. Heavy item ~130 pounds got delivered today. It's not what I really need. Box not opened, still sealed, purchased with CC. How long do I have to return?

My son stops by in about 10 days to help me load it in his truck to take it to local store. Would that be too late to return ?

Price adjusting ...

If an item gets cheaper within 90 days ( the normal return timeframe ) can I just take the receipt in for a price adjustment or I have to take the item and do return/rebuy? I'm talking about in store sale at the same store I initially purchased the item.

Pro account question

So I want to place an order for a high ticket item in store. I have a Pro Account and a discount offered because of the value of the order ( I believe). If I place the order in store with an associate is there a way they can match the discount or use my account to order the item? My pro account gives me an extra 5% off which might not be a lot but the item I'm looking to buy is 4k...

Reason I have to place the order in store is I have an item purchased online with gift cards and I just read if I return it al;l I get is store GC and not regular GC

I've been looking for a solution against lenses fogging up . I'm aware of the anti-fogging wipes , anti-fogging spray ( this are temporary solution).

Lenscrafters claim they can coat the lenses with anti-fog coat which is permanent and they quoted me $150 for the coat. Local independent optometrist claims they are full of crap and there is no such thing as permanent anti-fogging coating and my best solution would be anti-fogging sprays that could give me 48 hours relief before having to be applied again

Who should I trust?
