Hi,

I’m attaching photos for graft estimation and hairline suggestions. I had an initial consultation with Dr. Patty’s assistant, and she estimated that I would need around 3500 grafts. She also suggested a tentative hairline design (attached in the photos), but I’m unsure what would suit my face and overall appearance best.

My consultation with the doctor is scheduled for September 2026, and the surgery is tentatively planned for May 2027.

I have also been taking Finasteride 1 mg and Oral Minoxidil 2.5 mg since October 2025.

I would really appreciate it if you could take some time to give your best estimate regarding graft requirement and hairline design. Any additional tips, suggestions, or information would also be greatly appreciated.

Please let me know if you need any more information from my side. I understand that hairline design is largely based on personal preference, but I currently have very little idea of what would look best on me. Your suggestions could help me make a more informed decision. If possible, you can also share reference hairline examples.

Hi,
I am planning a trip to Vietnam in November with my parents and a 6 month old kid.
Parents age - 50 years comfortable in walking decently fit.

Please help me what all can we do and extract maximum value. I have only booked flight from delhi to Hanoi. Rest will book in two three weeks after research.

Return date is final can’t extend the trip beyond that day due to work constraints. However can reduce no of days if required.
