hello! so far as i know i need to have my birth certificate and perhaps my naturalization document as well. I was born in the Philippines but i do not have the original copy of my birth certificate and naturalization just copies. will they accept that? i tried searching online and it said they should accept it if you have a paper copy as long as its not just a photo copy. planning on going to san diego this week and just want to make sure that they will accept my documents. i have the marriage certificate, real id, and my social security as well.

hello! so i am married and i see that on the renewal form it asks if you’re married and for your spouse information. my mom doesn’t know i am married and i will be renewing my passport with her and she has already seen the form i put not married but planning on switching the documents last minute. so i have an appointment at the post office for it and just wondering when they review it will they say anything about me putting im married and what not because I’m still using my old name not needing a name change.
