Mashing the brake pedal to start

So one of my few real irritations with the Ariya is the need to press the brake pedal All The Way in, and I do mean Allll The Way. There are tons of times I think I've done it plenty hard enough only to have it just sit there when I try to shift (I never notice the lack of the little Ready light).

Is this something that can be adjusted at all? I feel like I'm damaging the brakes! But mostly it's just a big irritation. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

MyNissan app constant sign ins

Hi, on my old phone the MyNissan app would stay signed in, but on my new one it won't. even with saved passwords this is a PITA to do every time you want to turn climate control on from a distance. Already a nuisance using the app at all. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

how to disable phone charger?

I've got a '23 Evolve+ and I don't have a phone that can charge wirelessly and I'd love to use that phone charger space for storing small items. I can't find a software method for disabling it, but I understand it's not a great plan to store things in there otherwise. Anybody found an elegant solution? Or possibly knows where they hid the software switch to turn it off?

Honestly I'd rather a hardware method because the software is way too flaky to trust. God forbid an update comes through and I don't remember every single thing I need to check lol.

So I feel kinda ridiculous asking about this but it's driving me nuts--I know putting this cover back on the cabin air filter is dead simple, but no matter how hard I try I cannot *see* what I'm doing under there--I'm just not nimble enough to get down and twist around to see how it fits in.

For example, are the places for the clips to catch hold inside or outside the white box? Which one should you put in first? I'm assuming the smaller one but I never seem to feel it catch anywhere. Just bonkers! lol.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!

I've got smoke odor in my car and want to get rid of it. I read that Chlorine Dioxide is the most "powerful". But naturally I'm concerned it might damage something in the car. Anybody have any experience actually using it in their Ariya?

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

so i'm sitting here reading the manual (or the "quick" start rather) and it's telling me to use the up and down buttons. But there are no up and down buttons. It's quite explicit--I don't think they mean the little wheel. And indeed, I cannot for the life of me find "Reset 1". So...where are they hiding?

on an ICE car you just to know where your air intake is and make sure you don't drive in water higher than that. but what factors do we need to keep in mind in this particular EV? how high of water have you successfully driven through?

i live in a flood prone place where it is flooding right now made me think to ask lol

This is my first EV. On my ICE vehicles, I had a policy of filling up when I got down to a quarter tank. What's your policy with your Ariya?

I've heard the charge gauge can get a little wobbly when it gets low. I'd rather not experience sweating whether or not I can make it to a charger! Any input would be appreciated.
