Hi everyone, I’m posting here because I’m lost and my heart is breaking. I live in Morocco, and a few months ago, I rescued a Doberman. He was my best friend, but as a student living with my parents, I was forced to give him up for adoption due to some very difficult family circumstances.

I spent weeks looking for a good home and finally found someone I thought I could trust. I gave him the dog for FREE on one condition: that he would never sell him and would give him a forever home.

Today, I found out he’s listing my dog for sale for $250. I contacted him and reminded him of his promise, but he doesn't care. In my country, animal welfare laws are very weak, and there are no strong organizations that can intervene in a case like this.

I’m a student and I don’t have $250 to buy my own dog back, and I’m terrified he will end up with someone who will mistreat him or use him for fighting. Has anyone dealt with this before? Is there any way to handle this? I just want my boy back where he’s safe.

I had a Doberman that I rescued and raised—he was literally like my son. But because I still live with my parents and don't have my own place yet, the pressure became too much and they forced me to give him up for adoption.

I thought I found a good guy to take him. I made him promise he’d just give him a good home and never sell him. But today, I found out he’s listing my dog for sale for $300. I’m devastated. I’ve been crying for weeks because I miss him so much, and now seeing him treated like a piece of merchandise is killing me.

I can't let him go to some stranger who might mistreat him. I need to get him back. As a student, I just don’t have that kind of money right now. I’m trying to raise $300 just to buy him back from this guy and bring him home.

Please, if you can help with even $5 or $10, it would mean the world to me and my dog. I just want my boy back.
