Recipe bc I love healthy food and cooking and everyone should know how amazing it is!
-roasted chickpeas
-crispy quinoa (quinoa cooked then baked till crispy) (don’t ask question just do it and trust)
- 1/2 avocado
-low fat feta
-pomegranate
- teaspoon lemon juice and ACV (not pictured)
- 1 hard boiled egg for extra protein
- drizzle of EVOO for vibes
Salt and pepper
If I’m feeling extra carby I’ll scoop with some seed crackers:) can also see balsamic being super good in this as well. Change out egg for chicken salmon etc!

I’m really trying to grow my hair long and healthy— I don’t use heat and have not died or bleached etc in about 4 years. I get a micro trim every 3-4 months. Always thought I had straight hair but recently when I treat it like straight hair it’s frizzy and unpleasant (tangles easy. Looks thin. So many dead ends) so I’m trying wavy methods to see if that’ll help but still unsure if it’s the right path. I added a pic of my hair treated as straight in last pic
This is after shampoo (attitude sensitive scalp), a little bit of oui detox shampoo mixed in because I was due for a clarifying treatment, conditioner (L’Oréal curl conditioner), putting hair up in claw clip / tshirt for about 30 mins, adding leave in (it’s a 10 miracle leave in) with a small scrunch, letting air dry completely and then combing out once dry and brushing with 1 drop of olaplex no7 hair oil.
- after looking at the pics I think I need to take an inch off the bottom
- but my main questions
