I paid $139 at hotel for the $39 non refundable for Wyndham timeshare presentation how do I request my refund for $100?

The perks was 7 day cruise but have to pay taxes and fees

3 day 2 night stay

$100 gift card

But I changed my mind don’t feel like a 90 min presentation
