I noticed this maybe a week ago on my 20 month old. It hasn't gotten bigger since then but I am not sure how long it has been there for. Should I be concerned? I can take them to a Doctor but here in Australia they are a GP (general practitioner) so trying to find one who has paediatric or dermatology (or both) experience is a bit harder.

Edit: No other lumps or bumps nearby.
