Hi I was wondering if you could give me advice on how to decrease air humidity without drying out the substrate as I am really struggling with both of my enclosures

Hi if anyone is in the UK and gives me brands of topsoil that are ok for miliepedes. I would like to make my own but I am a bit lost on what is ok and not ok and it really stresses me out and I don't want to accidentally kill my miliepede.

Hi, I am new to milipede keeping and would appreciate any answers to my questions. Do you need to change the substrate completely, or could you add more leaf litter and rotting wood into the enclosure? What is the benefit of changing out the substrate completely? I just thought it would stress the milipedes out unnecessarily.
