Have had a hard time starting.
I have been ib a depressive adhd spiral for YEARS. I got out of an abusive marriage of 15 years and know I used my mess to keep him away. Now im trying to get better. Today I made a goal to get to my closet and I did it!
Now how do I get that dopamine rush when I still have so much to do and just walking into my office overwhelms me when going to work?
