What is with all these fees, is there anyway to get them waived? Im getting billed 11,500$ yet classes only cost 8500$ roughly. Is this normal? Tuition surcharge for 1500?

Degree Progress MyU
Hey, I recently transferred from ARCC to the U, I am currently waiting for my "online orientation". 26 of my credits from ARCC didn't transfer according to the MyU degree progress page, is this normal? Did I just lose out on 26 credits or is the website just saying that.
