location Managers & Scouts: How much time do you spend creating production maps?

I'm curious how everyone is creating production maps these days.

Are you building them manually in Google My Maps, Google Earth, Illustrator, Photoshop, Mapbox, or something else?

Do you feel the process takes longer than it should, or is it already efficient enough?

I'm wondering whether there would be value in software that could generate professional-looking production maps (crew parking, base camp, unit base, road closures, camera positions, etc.) in seconds instead of building them by hand.

map creation not really a pain point in your workflow?

In my experience, creating maps—or waiting on a graphics vendor to make or update them—has always been one of the more frustrating parts of the process. I'm curious if that's just my experience or if others feel the same way.

League directors: What's the hardest part about finding and keeping sponsors?

I'm curious how youth sports organizations manage sponsorships today.

A few questions:

  • What's the hardest part—finding sponsors, renewing them, or proving value?
  • What do sponsors ask for that you wish you could provide?
  • If one company could bring in local business sponsors and handle the advertising, reporting, and renewals, would that be valuable?
  • What would make you trust a company like that?
  • What's missing from the sponsorship tools you use today?

I'm researching the space and would really appreciate honest feedback from people who run leagues or sports facilities.

Business owners: What would make sponsoring youth sports actually worth it?

I'm researching how local businesses think about youth sports sponsorships and would love some honest feedback.

Let's say there was one company that made it easy to advertise across multiple youth sports venues in your service area instead of sponsoring just one league.

What would have to happen for you to say, "That's worth paying for"?

Some things I'm curious about:

  • Would you care more about brand awareness or actual leads?
  • Would you want exclusivity (for example, being the only HVAC company)?
  • Would you expect reporting or proof that people saw your advertising?
  • Would QR codes, coupons, or offers matter?
  • What would make this better than Google Ads, Facebook, direct mail, or sponsoring a single league?
  • If you've sponsored youth sports before, what did you like or dislike about the experience?

I'm not selling anything—I honestly want to understand what would make this valuable from a business owner's perspective.
