Innoversite Mumbai hackathon is happening from 10-11 Oct and I'm super nervous bout it, coz I heard this time there are going to be around 400 candidates every location. That makes the total shortlisted around 1200 which used to be 600 last year. Hence the chances of landing an internship also drops significantly.

Those who have attended the other location hackathon: Chennai, Banglore, can you guys state a number on how many attended the hackathon.

And also someone please guide bout the internship selection and selection ratio.

I completed my Guidewire Launchpad and received the certification on August, and recently received an interest form for the internship and FTE. But they haven't stated when the interview process would start and even our TnP dept dont know much bout it, I see the process is so ambiguous as no one has any proper answer bout it. Can anyone let know what is the general procedure and how many rounds are generally carried out to shortlist a candidate for the internship.

Since PWC visited our campus in the form of launchpad, I wanna know how many out of total cohort i.e. nearly of 400 students are being finally selected as the intern and what package can he expect as an Associate once he gets FTE.

Would be helpful, it someone guides.

I've recently completed by launchpad at Guidewire, but I'm unaware about the further process of launchpad. I'm really looking forward to get into the BIG 4 coz I've overall gained the cohort ranking of < 50 out of 400 and have been consistent since the start of the program. I just dont want to lose this opportunity coz that's the reward for the efforts.

To be clear I've heard from the seniors and they too are uncertain on how does the shortlisting occurs for the interview and that keeps me more in dilemma.
