How to show my ex-wife's new boyfriend that he has no authority over my children or me.

My ex-wife's new boyfriend thinks he has parent powers over our kids. He also thinks that he has the authority to tell me to not come onto their front porch when I am dropping off the kids. He likes to get loud and mouthy as well, he has delusions of being an alpha male. I am debating on how to let him know who the REAL BOSS is and to stop the bravado. I am leaning towards a pop to the jaw but am not sure if it is worth it long term. Any ideas how to put this clown in his place before it really gets nasty? I have been civil with him however I am getting tired of him thinking he's in charge.

Ex-wife's boyfriend causing problems.

My ex-wife's boyfriend is constantly running his mouth and trying to cause problems. Always trying to show he is boss. I am not even allowed to be at their house anymore because he thinks he has the right to tell me what to do. Should I just crack him in the face to shut him down? I tried ignoring him and he's not getting the hint.

Old heads who refuse to buckle up.

Maybe I’m being petty. Maybe I should MYOB. But I’m really fed up with some of the old heads who refuse to buckle up when driving. They’ve been told by management that it’s required and they STILL don’t do it. They’ve even told the management “Go ahead! Fire me!” Personally I’d fire every last one of them. But yet they’re still on the payroll and still driving. I’m a stickler for seatbelt usage. I don’t like seeing people unrestrained. It’s dangerous. It’s a liability for the company. And it’s against the law and policy. Do you have this issue where you work at? And how is it handled?
