Can anyone please guide me what will happen if anyone resigns on May 29?
Will they be able to get the ear end appraisal and compensation change etc?

FYI, OP is not resigning. One of the colleague is, she is not on Reddit. She is devastated here and leaving as she has got another offer.

What all things she should consider while leaving?
Also, anyone left within or just after completing an year? How’s life after Deloitte?
