I'm looking for a movie or an episode. It was from the 90s. Live action. The only thing I remember was there was a man and a woman on a hike in the desert. He was going to propose. Then a creature showed up.

He was human-shaped but was hidden under a big robe and he was holding a staff that kind of looked like a scythe.There was something at the top of the staff that he started swinging around and around. I think it made a small sand tornado or something. It sucked the life and moisture out of the two people. Maybe they turned to dust.

It had the feeling of "they weren't supposed to be on this land".

This is a very well-known song. There's a guy at the beginning who says "esta es la buena". The opening instrument is an accordion that goes "daa daa daa DAAAAAAHHH daa daa daa daa daa".
