If you buy a secondhand car with 3 months statutory warranty is it a good idea to take it to the service dept of the manufacturer to be “checked” over for potential warranty issues whilst it’s under that warranty. If they found something say like leaking water pump or timing cover leak that weren’t picked up in ppi does the dealer you bought from have to fix now it’s identified during that warranty?
