Anyone knows what the avg cost to hire a company (insured) to remove popcorn ceiling and repaint it?
Living room area of approx 360sqft in Pensacola.
Any companies recommendations or who to avoid?

I need to repaint my front door, and side door, they are both metal doors that have been painted (not sure when and with what kind of paint). Also need to paint wood trim around it.

Going with color white.

1. what kind/brand/finish paint I could get that would be usable for both the metal and the wood trim? (If possible)

2. Sand, clean, prime and paint?

3. roller/brush combo ok?

Budget friendly please, we already spent a fortune on painting the siding.
