I'm looking to see if anyone recognizes this JM phenotype?

I dug it out of a cramped bed off of an ad on marketplace and trunk chopped it after potting it in a 10g pot.

I am trying to identify this tree and any help that could be offered would be greatly appreciated. I am located in southeast Michigan. The last pic is a different tree, but presumably the same species. It's just a good view of the leaf for identification.
