Hi everyone! My sister and I are looking for our next home in NYC starting August 29 or September 12, as our current studio lease ends at the end of August.
Ideally, we’re looking for a long-term place until July 2027, but we are also open to fall sublets (Sep – November 2026) to start!
🗓️ MOVE-IN DATE:
• August 29th or September 12th 2026
• Duration: Sept 2026 – July 2027 (Preferred) OR breaking it up into a couple sublets can work as well
🏡 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Furnished Studio / Entire 1 Bedroom Place: Maximum 3K with utilities included (currently paying $2,200 + $100 utilities for a studio in brooklyn heights, so looking to stay in a similar range!).
• Preferred Neighborhoods (Safe, young, walkable & vibrant)
◦ Brooklyn: Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, Fort Greene, Bushwick, Bed-Stuy.
◦ Manhattan: West Village, East Village, Nolita, Greenwich Village, Gramercy/Murray Hill.

• We are in our late 20s, working remote, occasionally in libraries or cafes, non-smokers, no pets, super respectful, neat, and clean! We love creative environments, cooking, good coffee, and a cozy, peaceful home environment to watch a good movie after exploring the city.
