Missed a single CC charge worth $11, Credit Score dropped 100pts

Perfect credit history for over 10+ years, many healthy lines of credit, & over 810 Credit Score. An $11 payment got charged to one of the credit cards I don't use often, I didn't notice it, I addressed it 35 days in (past the 30 day window), it got reported from Bank of America to the Credit Bureaus. Saw the hit to my Credit Score just a week later. Went from about 810 to 700 or so.

I get it I'm an idiot. I don't know what to do now, in fact, I don't even know what the charge is from? I've tried to find where it came from, could be fraudulent. Is there anything I can do to recover my Credit Score from this? I'm trying to buy my first home now so going from 810 to 700 is certainly going to hurt me a lot w/ getting a desirable interest rate.

Any solutions for me here? I've asked BofA over the phone to get it changed with the Bureaus, they say they don't do Goodwills, they're quite adamant of that. I feel a bit stuck.. any proven wisdom here?

Samsung Washer powers on but won’t Start

I have a Samsung top load washer, model #: WA50R5400AV (for reference).
The washer powers on normally. The display works, I can change cycles, adjust settings, and all the buttons seem to respond normally.
The problem is when I press and hold Start. The light above the Start/Pause button just keeps blinking and nothing else happens.

A few things I’ve noticed:
-No lid lock click that I can hear
-No water starts filling
-No pump noise
-No motor noise
-No error code on the display
-The washer never actually begins the cycle

Has anyone seen this before? (Any input means is super appreciated)

Anyone have experience reinstating a lapsed term life policy?

My mother had a $200,000 term life policy that was issued in 2010 when she was 53. The policy runs until 2052, but it lapsed in December 2025 (about 7 months ago) after some missed payments my father & I didn’t pay attention to..
She’s now 69 and we’re looking into reinstating it through Everlake (formerly Lincoln Benefit Life).

Her health is generally still very good. No cancer, heart attack, stroke, or major illnesses. She has some arthritis and recently started using prescription eye drops, but that's about it.

For anyone who's been through reinstatement:
How long had your policy been lapsed?

Were you approved or denied, and why? If you were approved, did they modify how much you paid monthly?

Was age itself a major factor?

Just trying to get a realistic idea of what to expect before I start the process for her because I’m horrified they’re going to reject it because she’s old now and they’re going to pick an excuse
