Looking for Someone to Take Over My Lease at Alexan Riverside, Austin!
Hey everyone! I’m relocating out of state for work and need to find someone awesome to take over my place at Alexan Riverside starting mid-August.
Here’s the deal:
I have a 1 bed / 1 bath apartment near downtown Austin in a super convenient location. The plan would be for you to be added as a roommate/co-tenant on the lease, and once the current lease term ends, you’d be able to take it over fully in your own name. I’d be moving out in mid-August and you’d have the place entirely to yourself. The current lease runs out in April 2027.

- Rent is only $1,640/month
- I’ll cover the $165 application fee and $500 security deposit – so you can move in with zero upfront costs
- The apartment management usually offers 4-6 weeks off when renewing the lease so you will get that discount when you renew the lease in April 2027.
- Move in mid-August and settle in before the fall rush
