[Question] How do I verify older watches

As far as I know each Seiko watch has the the model number on the dial as well as the back, however I’m not sure how it works with older models.

I recently found this piece online and I don’t think it’s a fake or anything but I’d still like confirmation.

From what I can tell it’s a model from the 80s don’t seem to be very rare online but this one is fully functional and cheaper than all others I’ve seen. (Even non-functional ones)

Would just like if anyone who knows more about this than me could give me some information

Thanks in advance

Weight keeps resetting/ can’t gain or lose it permanently.

Male/78kg/178cm (think that’s 5 foot 10 or 11)

when I ate really healthy for a while I lost around 2 kg but the diet was making me feel bad so I started eating more balanced, no massive changes just added meat and some cooking oils back (in moderate quantities) (the original plan was basically just brown rice and vegetable plus stuff like tofu and lentils)

and when I ate really unhealthy for 2 weeks (REALLY unhealthy) and the weight I gained shedded itself in a few weeks (just over 2 kg) (didn’t switch to a super healthy diet, just the same one that has kept me stable at 78kg

the only answer that I might be able to come up with is that i was more physicall active on the periods I was losing it then when I was gaining it (1/2 hours walking a day vs +/- 30 minutes a day)

I’ve been trying to go from 78kg to 72-75kg for ears now but every time I get there I go back up unless I keep to a strict regimen.

was thinking of maybe adding fish to my plan
