Would this be a good list to start a world eaters army with

I was trying to get a proper army formed since my last one was made for 2nd edition and can run . I'm trying to plan a head for this army and get a 2000pts list laid out.

(Notes, everything but the despoiler squad are 20 man squads with chain weapons)

Best armor mark for a world eaters themed army

Was thinking about picking up some models to start my world eaters army proper since I finally got the FW transfer sheet and was curious which of the currently available plastic armor marks would be best for the army

The model on the left was painted during 8th edition and was part of my world eater army (back when they could use boltguns)

The one on the right is my most recent one made for horus heresy 3.0
