Optum/UHG employee rejected for all internal applications
Been with current dept and position since Jan 2023 - consistent performance On my way to my 2nd or 3rd 5 performance rating, but frequently rejected for all internal job postings regardless of grade level, and qualifications. Applied to hundreds of positions and nothing, but when I was applying aggressively before U got this job I would have interviews every week. I was even denied for a team lead position within my own dept because “i didn’t meet the qualifications” when i not only met the required qualifications, but the preferred qualifications as well, and wouldn’t need to be trained since i already work in the dept. no one was hired for the role though, so i figured it was a ghost posting. Spoke to my supe and she didn’t even know I applied meaning the resume didn’t even make it to her desk. Thinking of leaving and coming back at a higher grade level because I’m not seeing the pay increases I should be. Anyone else experiencing this?
