Need a new car, considering a Veloster.

My current car is on it's last legs. Auto transmission is about to fail, so I've been looking for something reasonably reliable, reasonably cheap, and a little fun for a new daily/beater.

I had originally wrote off these as the engine issues worry me, but a dealer near me has one for sale for a good price, 2013 manual with only 45k miles. With it being NA and low miles, would this be less likely to have said issues, or is this a little too suspicious. It does have atleast some minor body damage, but It'd be easy enough for me to fix.

Where to buy bbs rim bolts. SSR vs Ehrlich?

Recently picked up a set of BBS RS from my previous post. Getting the faces refinished and going to reassemble/reseal after I clean up the lips and barrels.

Most of the hardware seems fine, although not all of the bolts are perfectly clean and some are tarnished. I've seen it suggested that the bolts are 1 time use torque to yield bolts. I don't fully buy that since tty bolts typically tighten in a sequence ending in a degree measurement, not a torque value. Are they generally safe to reuse?

And either way, if I end up purchasing all new hardware, or just replacing some, where is it generally recommended to buy from? SSR is cheaper, but is in the UK, so I don't know if US tariffs will be an issue.

Have had a hard time finding definitive answers online, so if anyone has good info I'd appreciate it.

Need advice about brokerage agreements. (TX)

New to the process of renting, and am currently running into a bit of a new to me issue. I've looked at a just a couple properties recently without issue, some private party, and some in contact with an agency. None were a good fit.

I recently decided to step up my search as I'm ready to move, and need some advice on an issue. I sent a message through zillow about viewing a listed property, and today was contacted about it. The woman I was in contact with told me I had to sign a broker service/representation document before the property could be shown. This was news to me, but doing research it seems like it's standard/legal practice. No big deal, but upon renewing to document it required exclusivity for any property in the area for months.

Now being in contact with other private party listings, and not wanting to unduly restrict myself, I responded with the issue I had with the contract. I asked if it could be modified to a per property or shorter term. The only response I have gotten was a cancelation of the document and an "ok thank you".

Now as I understand it, these contracts are negotiable. I understand a realtor wanting to make sure they are compensated for work they do in comtracting/showing properties. But if I find another rental without their help, I don't understand why I should still be required to pay them for that. Is this unreasonable because this process makes little sense to me. All I wanted to do was go look at a property that might be a good fit.

How to tell if these are real?

Found a set of BBS RS's for sale nearby that are very close to perfect size for what I've been looking for. Thinking about going to take a look at them, but really would like some pointers on what to look for.

Also price wise, dude's listed them for $2500. That about right, or should I try to talk him down some.
