So theres this guy whom I met on whatsapp for accommodation in Berlin. Arranged a vedio call meet and he showed me a number of apartments. Chose one, and asked me to pay ( half deposit ). Stated that no contracts are given until full deposit is paid in person. He is the agent, and not a landlord. He himself clarified this too.

So I paid the following amount, got an “confirmation mail”. He was reluctant to provide apartment to my friends who haven’t received their student visa yet.

Now I came across and read that landlords usually provide contract before hand.

What do yall think? Am i getting scammed?

Note : He still haven’t blocked me, He is ready to pick me up from airport for an additional cost, I have his local number, address and bank account details everything.

I currently own Nintendo Switch OLED,
Reasons why i want to sell it for a Xbox:
1: High price for games
2: How powerful a series s is over a switch.

Should i sell the nintendo and buy a Xbox even if am getting a gaming laptop later this year. Would love to hear opinions on why and why not to.
Probably would be buying the lenovo loq 4050series.
