hi everyone,

I have been a nurse for a year with only neuro med surg experienc and have an interview for the cvicu and I rly want the job. I’ve interviewed for the cardiac surgical icu and did not get it. for that interview I was only asked like four questions like what do you know about the unit, have u ever been in a code, was there a time when you had a pt decompensating, and tell me about yourself. I thought I did good but I guess not. I’d rly like some tips because I’d rly like to work in an icu but no one will hire me.

does anyone know this bxb story where the mc got sent to a mental institution and the love interest was scary and no one messed with him. it was also mature. pls help that’s literally all I remember lol
