I stopped taking notes
I stopped taking notes for FAR because the concepts feel endless, so I think it’s better to focus on doing MCQs and reading the explanations instead.

I’m studying like my life depends on it every single full day, yet my mini exam scores still look like this 😓
Mini exam format: 25 MCQs + 2 TBSs
The problem is I don’t even have enough time to attempt the two TBSs, so even when my MCQ average is around 60–70% (sometimes 80%), the zeroes on the TBSs drag my overall score down hard 😓

I started using tretinoin about 4 months ago because I wasn't seeing significant improvement in my hairline after 10 months on minoxidil and finasteride. However, since adding it, l've experienced increased hair shedding and my hairline has worsened.
