If you had an unlimited budget to create a 1-day festival in India with 2 International bands and 2 Indian bands, who will you choose

i haven't seen a crazy rock scene in my city but abt these cities i have heard the rock scene is crazy i would like to know which one has the most rock/metal fans? or is there any city i dont know that ha crazy rock scene

i need an iem for listening to long lectures and dont want ear pain also play games and watch movies and i listen to alot of genres in music except hip hop/rap my budget is around 3000

around what date does arjuna 1.0 finish trignometry all chapters as i have unit tests from june 17 in my schoolim in isc class 11 and ignoring them is not an option for me my maths teacher already hates me and im sure he would get a chance to complain abt me to my parents if i score less and that would cause me a problem

I'm currently in 11th, though I would take advice from seniors. So, I took a practice test that was easy, and everyone is complaining that the questions are very basic, because they are based on the dpps. Was this the case because it's just the starting and they want us to be motivated or the level remain the same throughout the year? If not, what's the level around and if it's not good what test series do suggest?
