It likely needs a new pot but what should I do with this? lol
Should I trim it back? Is it supposed to trail like this??

It finally happened
I got this plant from Walmart with a total of around 8 plants in one pot and knew nothing! I repotted 3 of the stronger looking monsteras into one big pot in August last year (gave away the rest) and had 0 new growth until Jan. this year.
Since then these 3 monsteras have spit out almost 4 leaves each, 2 more are just sprouting now! It makes me so happy!
I will need to split them soon or come up with a pole solution because the pole is leaning so much but I’m not touching it until I need to because it’s so happy right now 😂
