So i have made about 6 videos over the past 3 months and I kid you not for the first dew weeks that each of these videos were published they haven't even gotten 100 views. Before this time within the first week I uploaded a video i was able to get at least 1k views but now my impressions have completely stagnated.
Which has affected my channel’s growth completely. As of now Im starting to wonder If I should just start a new channel or just ride this out and stick with my channel hoping that maybe later on my videos/channel might get picked up by the algorithm.
Right now I have 1900+ subs and have already achieved monetization. But most of my subs are inactive. And that's what's stopping me from just making a new channel, the fact that it already has a foundation.
But I would like to know what your guys advice is and what you would choose to do if you had a similar experience to mine.

I made a video 9 days ago that got 51%+ AVD on a 8:30 min video which is the highest ive ever gotten. I was rly happy during the first few days that i was able to make a video with such high retention. And coz of that i was thinkin maybe YT would be more willing to push the video out.
Right now i got 366 impressions and 59 views and 4.4%ctr
Fast forward to now and im wondering if i gotta wait few more weeks or months for this vid to pop off. So i wanna ask yall when u had a high retention video but still low impressions how long does it take for your video to finally gain some traction?
