When you live alone and work 12 hr shifts you just throw cans and bags together, lol. Surprisingly good tho. Canned chicken, corn, and roasted green chilies. Bagged brussel sprouts and potatoes. Seasoned with carne guisada seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic

Is this a new scam? Has this happened to anyone else?

I received this bill in the mail for an ambulance ride I never took. I haven't been to anything besides a concentra for like 20 years. The ambulance service seems like a legit company. Apparently they're partnered with intermountain health. I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone from Platte valley ambulance service yet. All I was able to do so far was leave a message with clinical relations at intermountain. Just thought I'd post here to see if it's a new scam that's going around so I can just forget about it. If it is a legit bill from the company, I feel like it's gonna be a pain to deal with.
