Can’t make additional principal payments with Guild Mortgage?
Anyone else have trouble trying to make a PRINCIPAL ONLY payment? I’ve tried 3x to make a $5,000 payment and it gets rejected. I’ve reached out to customer service and they keep saying, will look into it. I keep getting the runaround with this company.
