What is your relationship with caffeine?
Hey all. Just wanted to know people’s experiences. I have kind of a toxic relationship with caffeine a little bit myself. It’s really exciting to drink but often leads me to a mental health crash that sets me up to be a lot more touchy and take things a lot more personally. However, oftentimes a lot of days where I make small breakthroughs are almost always caffeine days, since the stimulation often makes me confront my feelings because I can’t hide them as well haha!
