Am considering to join NITK mining this yr and have so many doubts regarding it , if anyone from mining reading this. Kindly resolve these doubts.

1. Do we get to sit for tech placements

2. How harsh is the branch?

3. Ecell allows/support mining lad while building any tech startup or not if it has gud potential? Or they look for branch too

4. What's median rn for 2026 FY? and what roles they mostly get

5. If someone goes to consulting roles off campus thru mining , will that consultancy be related to mining or just finance?

These are the questions for now. I'll ask later on ,
