Creator Recruiters

• Identify and reach out to potential creators
• Help introduce creators to our team and opportunities
• Maintain communication throughout the recruitment process
• Help identify creators who are a strong fit for our network

Operations Assistants

• Help keep projects and internal tasks organized
• Track assignments, deadlines, and follow-ups
• Assist with day-to-day team operations
• Help improve communication and workflow between different parts of the team

Creator Support Representatives

• Serve as a point of contact for creators
• Help answer questions and coordinate requests
• Assist creators with navigating team processes
• Help maintain strong, consistent communication

Compensation

• Starting at $15/hour
• Additional commission opportunities may be available depending on the position
• Opportunities for increased responsibility and compensation over time

Who We’re Looking For

You don't necessarily need previous industry experience. We're primarily looking for people who are:

Previous management, recruiting, customer support, social media, or creator-industry experience is a plus, but not required for every position.
