My car asks me for coolant about every 3 months. I found a sensor caked with coolant so figured it had to be something right above it, about in line where the oil cap is. Can’t really see where it’s coming from and would like to fix it myself. Any ideas? Common leak spots there? Micky mouse flange was replaced with aluminum and upper rad is also new

It’s a direct fit but now I can either have this empty space or these blacked out blank buttons with no functionality. I was thinking of having a 3D printed insert in place of the buttons but started to imagine if I could have a little screen for a boost gauge or some random animation/function. I’m no engineer. Would any of you know where I could have such a thing fabricated?
