Viper put podcast just had Julia Bevelys mom on the show, thoughts?

For reference Julia is convicted of killing her 11 year old step daughter by brutally stabbing to death. The viper pit is open about the fact that they think she is guilty and are very harsh on Julia (rightfully so imo, she’s clearly guilty). They’re calling out areas where Julia lied, politely. So far Julia’s mom is blaming it on her being traumatized and that’s why she lied.

There are some other threads on this case already but it’s very interesting Julia’s mom agreed to come on, to defend her daughter. I’m still listening to it but wondering what everyone’s thoughts are, does this change how you see the case?

Vegetarian diet- am I doing well enough or am I missing things?

I’m currently trying to lose weight, got sober 3 months again from booze but I’m not seeing the weight drop off yet desire vigorously exercising 5-6 days a week including nearly 10k steps 6 days a week. Granted my body may still be trying to repair damage. I know I eat too much sugar. Here is an example of my daily diet:

Breakfast:
-protein shake (1..5 cups 1% milk, protein powder Greek yogurt, banana), coffee w half and half, bowl of fresh cherries
-snack: small Greek yogurt, banana
Lunch: toast with butter and bean puree, beans contain sautéed onions/garlic, parm cheese and a bit of butter
-snack; small Greek yogurt, banana
-Dinner: cheese and bean quesadillas on corn tortillas with pepper jack cheesex2, Greek yogurt instead of sour cream, 1/2 avocado, 1-2 cup boiled corn, 1/2 cup white rice with butter/cilantro

Dessert- 2 Greek yogurt popsicles/low cal ice cream, 2 mini bags popcorn

Night eating: banana bread or trail mix with chocolate chips or potato chips (small bag) usually. Depends on the night! I wake up every night starving and if I don’t eat I can’t sleep.

Clearly I eat the most at night, I’ve always been this way. I’m just busy throughout the day and don’t get an appetite until later in the day, I literally can’t force myself to eat more and often if not do ways only eat half my lunch

Debating where this diet is good enough? I got lots of protein from the shake/greek yogurt, multivitamin each day. Thoughts on how to improve?

It’s been about 4 ish weeks without him drinking after the latest terrifying blow up maybe and things between us, which they admit, have never been better. We don’t argue, things are chill and happy. But they keep saying “I never planned to do this forever” or “one beer won’t hurt” the typical stuff. It’s just cravings talking imo. All I say back is “if you’re expecting me to support it or be ok with it in any way I’m not, you’re justifying it to yourself” and we drop the subject. They want me to agree with them so they can go back to drinking which I’m 100% not cool with, I’ve been sober almost 3 months now.

When he drinks too much he goes completely ballistic and is uncontrollable to the point I have to leave the house and stay at a hotel (which I took out of rent because I’m not paying for that shit). What am I supposed to say when these topics come up?
